Hello All,<br>

I just installed a new SP on a RHEL6 box using RPMs. I noticed that
the start order for shibd comes after httpd:<br>

Maybe it's me but I would think it would be better to start shibd
first and stop after httpd. I would appreciate any feedback as to
proper order.<br>
