The "proper" way would probably be to tag the <AttributeValue> with an<br>
'xml:lang; attribute but the IdP doesn't expose any way to do that<br>
nor, I suspect, does the SP know how to handle it.<br>

For now you probably will have to create a new attribute. I'd also<br>
recommend you file an RFE with both IdPv3 and the SP with the<br>
suggestion that there be a way to carry the language for an attribute<br>
value (if it's known).<br>
