SP v4 alpha2 sessions ?

I opened https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/CPPSP-64 to work on cleaning things up so that I can ensure locality of session use depending on the stage of the request, that should minimize the risks of the state changing underneath it at the wrong time.

I have a handful of major amd minor bugs, I'll have a beta1 produced by end of this month.
