Hassle aside, the best way to get "emergent" attention is still Jira at this point, at least for non-members, I just happened to be looking at my email.

If anyone is operationally responsible, getting an Atlassian account in place for emergency bug reports isn't a bad idea.

We'll look into improving the way the installer works, it's a bit unwieldy to maintain and probably needs some improvement if we can brute force some things in the code rather than trying to be as cute/elegant.
