Logout propagation causes empty download

Hi,

Has anyone else seen global logout on an IdP cause Safari to download an empty file? 

It's happening with Shibboleth IdP 5.2.0 and the latest Safari on both iOS and MacOS. No other browsers show this behaviour. The downloaded file is called PropagateLogout, like the view template.

I suspected CSP or Samesite changes in Safari combined with old view templates containing out-of-date headers (they are inherited from a v4 service) but replacing all views with current default templates did not fix the problem. 

If it's a bug or feature in Safari it must be happening elsewhere too...

My only other theory is that something odd is happening at the load balancer.
