Nashorn plugin 2.1.0 availability

Hello,

I have been wondering for a while why the Nashorn plugin appears to be missing from the 2.1.0 scripting plugin download directory:

https://shibboleth.net/downloads/identity-provider/plugins/scripting/2.1.0/

At the same time, Nashorn version 2.1.0 is visible in the Maven repository:

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/net.shibboleth.idp.plugin.scripting/idp-plugin-nashorn-jdk-impl/2.1.0

So I am wondering whether the latest Nashorn is intentionally unavailable?
