This is, I hope, all improved now, tomorrow's Hub snapshot should include the changes. I believe the inheritance model is more sane now and extends to more settings, and I also patched the problem setting authenticatingAuthority to null, that should "hold" now.

The issuer problem is corrected now for discovery and will pull the issuer from the relevant Application.

Thank you for the testing, as that's the kind of real world stuff I need to iron out all the weird cases.
