[EXT] OIDC attribute/claim inclusion in id_token

The setting only matters for the Token profile and not the front channel part unless you're using an id_token response type. The opposite of my initial guess, but Paul was already right about that.

But I also said, and will repeat, that it's simpler to just do generic "all profiles" tagging as documented rather than bother with per-profile tagging.
