XMLSecurity exception while decrypting: Errors occurred during de-serialisation

I'll double check where that exception is raised, but I do believe it's during the step where the Santuario code deserializes the encrypted content back into XML because it's typed as an XML Element being encrypted (that's what EncryptedAssertion represents).

As far as a guess, mine would be i18n/Unicode issues with the data so I would look at what the two users' data looks like and which attributes are being released to each SP.
