shibboleth Repository access forbidden

Hello,

>From today on we have problems accessing the shibboleth repository. The 
repository used is|https://build.shibboleth.net/maven/releases/.|
Since today we get 403 responses when pulling 
e.g.|opensaml-saml-impl| from that repository.

Also other projects have the same problem:

Could you please check the permissions of this repo. Something may have 
changed since yesterday.
