Problems with Jetty 2.0.26

I updated my test system to 12.0.26.   While I don't receive the same
exceptions (for whatever reason), it does appear that 12.0.26 does not
include the same JAR files as 12.0.25.

Specific to your
exceptions, /lib/ee9-apache-jsp/org.mortbay.jasper.apache-el-10.0.27.jar is
missing from 12.0.26 (but is present in the 12.0.{22-25} releases).

I logged an issue (and a guess at what caused the omission) in the Jetty
Project github instance: https://github.com/jetty/jetty.project/issues/13562
