Courtesy reminder regarding Duo CA changes

I'm sending this at Duo's request as a courtesy reminder that they are changing their CAs next year. [1]

We shipped the required updates to the latest plugin branch supporting IdP V5 a while ago, in V2.2.0.

For those unable/unwilling to run a supported IdP version, we have no plans to update the older Duo plugins compatible with end of life versions of the IdP, but both Duo plugins support overriding the default CA list, as documented under Advanced Topics [2].

We're happy to assist members who need help with that via the usual support channels.
