Authentication looping

Just be cognizant that if you do it for high volume applications, your heap consumption will be significant.

Having said that, Peoplesoft after some updates in the last couple of years, has started looping due to AJAX bugs and the way we have it deployed, so I had to slap that in, and that's very high volume.

With 4G heaps, I can still stay up and under 3-3.5G for a month or two so it's been manageable, if annoying.

I have loop breakers in for lots of other lower volume systems as they don't consume much.

So I'd say it's less a "hack worth trying", and more "the only real answer" at this point.
