You don't have to "copy" anything. Installing or upgrading the RPM already pulls in all the required dependencies, that's literally what RPM is for.
And I've tested the packages at least in a basic smoke test, they worked fine.
A large number of your packages are just old libraries. Everything but the SP installs SxS so you have to clean up old versions yourself if you care, but they're not going to hurt anything.
