Is there a way in Shibboleth IdP V5 to disable all the access controls?

Hi,

I've been googling and google is returning some results that indicate that
there are ways to disable the IdP access controls.

For example, one search returned:

*Disabling Policies:*

   - *Remove or Comment Out Policies:* You can disable specific access
   control policies by removing them from the configuration files or
   commenting them out with #.
   - *Disable the Access Control Service:* You can disable the entire
   access control service by modifying the conf/idp.properties file and
   setting the idp.accessControl.enabled property to false.


but there is no "idp.accessControl.enabled" in the idp.properties.

So I am wondering if there still is some way to do that in the V.5 IdP
(this would only be used while testing)?
