Recommended Next steps...?

I've found similar problems n the mailing list but the proposed change
doesn't match the files on my system.

For example:  https://shibboleth.net/pipermail/users/2019-April/043791.html

I that says because the config was not using SSL, and changed the XML file,
but I don't have that same XML file on my system.
