New Shibboleth 5.1.3 IdP installation - status.sh failing

Hi,

I am trying to install a Shibboleth 5.1.3 IdP for testing.

It is deployed on a CENTOS 8.5 machine  using Java/JDK 17 and the Tomcat
10.1.39.

I am trying to follow the info on this page to do the installation:

However, after the installation, when I run the status.sh I get connection
refused:

[orcladmin at idp01 bin]$ ./status.sh
(http://localhost/idp/status) Connection refused

If I use the "-url" parameter, I get this:

[orcladmin at idp01 bin]$ ./status.sh –url=http://10.0.0.58:8080/idp
Exception in thread "main" com.beust.jcommander.ParameterException: Was
passed main parameter '–url=http://10.0.0.58:8080/idp' but no main
parameter was defined in your arg class

The Shibboleth idp logs don't appear to show any overt errors.

Can anyone suggest what the problem may be?
