Maybe try the edumfa mailing list specified at https://edumfa.io/ ->
"Mailing List". I would expect you'd find more people with experience
with eduMFA and fudiscr there.

As to the error(s) you're seeing: We can't tell you why Apache httpd
is denying access to /edumfa/token/ but I'd start by fixing that error
first.
