[Resolved] Re: sp-signing-key not recognized after upgrade

HI All,

The answer is I'm a bit of a fool in ways that have little to do with
Shibboleth :)

The new OS runs shibd as user `_shibd` when the initial error about
sp-signing-key.pem came up I noticed this and changed permissions
appropriately.

Then it started complaining about sp-encrypt-key.pem and I was stuck
on the old error  and didn't notice it was a different file...until I
started writing up a response here.

With *both* keys readable it all works as expected.
