sp-signing-key not recognized after upgrade

hi, based on the error messages it looks like it's able to read the file -
but it's not happy with the contents of the file.... are you sure you're
reading the correct file in the correct place?  (I've come across times
when people have messed up the nomenclature of their files etc and
keys.certs got muddled up )
what are the contents of the PEM? does it have the '-----BEGIN
CERTIFICATE-----' and/or '-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----' lines?
