facing issue with RHEL 9.5 with Shibboleth SP 3.4.1 or latest

A Rocky 9 server upgraded to 9.5 loads the module without any issues. I doubt RHEL would be any different, but it's not impossible I suppose.

I don't know why libldap is part of the build, I'm working to determine that but it isn't that important.
