I've run with a broadly applied SameSiteConditon for years with Jetty, it's not a trigger for anything like this in the code anyone has observed or reported.

None of the bugs in the Java filter layer even when Tomcat was involved have ever been of a destablizing nature that coruppted the container, and all of them known have been fixed in the latest versions of everything.

All I can tell you.
