Tomcat update to shib-idp container?

Hi all,

I'm looking to find out about updates to the shib-idp container found here: https://github.internet2.edu/docker/shib-idp

If this isn't the right list for this, please point me in the right direction. I see the Tomcat version in the container image needs to be updated to address some security issues and wanted to find out who I would check with about that. Thanks for your help.
