I don't know how I found out about it but you can subscribe to
Confluence Blogs via RSS; I use this URL:

For every day that you change the blog post will create a new RSS feed
entry. So for
https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DEV/history/4453531649/June+2025+Update
there are three entries in the feed. Not a problem but I'll mention it
anyway.
