shibboleth samld process going down with open SAML v 3.3.1

hi,

looks like its probably coincidence rather than the upgrade being the cause
(ie just unfortunate timing)

check the file that is being collected - looks like it's got errors in it.
maybe it's truncated?

 this file also appears to have some XML issues (position
of md:AttributeService)

you also seem to be using the old InCommon metadata aggregator feed (
InCommon-metadata-idp-only.xml) which is now deprecated and you need to use
the MDQ service now:
