GitWeb access vis SAML

We have gotten our SP information published thanks to the UK Federation and Jisc and it's in the eduGAIN export as of this morning, so I've restarted the SP in front of our GitWeb pages just now.

At the moment I'm using InCommon MDQ's service out of familiarity, but I might switch that at some point, either way it should support all of eduGAIN.

You don't have to pass us anything in the way of data, but we will capture various standard or semi-standard user IDs if they're provided for forensic needs in case we see abuse, per the brief privacy info at [1].

Sorry for the inconvenience.

If there are members who do not have an IdP operating in an eduGAIN federation, you can get in touch and we can discuss workarounds, we'll make whatever allowances are necessary there.

Later this year, it's likely we'll start using the SP4 alpha there to test it out, and we should have some form of OpenID support by that time or shortly after.

If there are community members that wish to point out various ways to leverage their systems to bridge to other options like a social identity, I will leave that for them to disclose out of respect for their services.
