Using Shibboleth with radius

hi,

sounds to me like the shibd process is not loading/reading the config file
that you think it is - it might be reading a default config from another
configuration directory location instead of the file that you believe is
being read.

running shibd manually to check config or doing a strace on it might reveal
what/where its reading its files from (if just doing a 'locate
shibboleth2.xml' doesnt reveal anything)
