If it were it would become out of date quickly, and I don't believe gitolite will show them unauthenticated.

I have yet to hear back from InCommon about getting an SP registered in a way that's sustainable, and to avoid causing confusion I didn't keep the SP running because we'd get a ton of "my IdP can't use this SP" complaints.

However, I think you can to some extent deduce them from the artifacts, and I think we have the scm URLs actually defined in the POMs as well, and those are in the repo. I'll do some digging later to find some examples, but the general root is https://build.shibboleth.net/maven/releases/

(The SP has far fewer but I don't imagine that's what you're after.)
