I think we will end up with a mirror, it's just that we're scattered at the moment and won't have a project call for another couple of weeks, but we have offers.

The scraping attacks have been on and off for a couple of weeks so I was expecting we'd have to take it down.

I would offer IP rules to members but it's a lot of overhead to manage and I expect mirroring will happen sooner than we'd get the processes in place to handle it anyway.

Of course, access to the code is now restored also, so people are free to mirror locally (or even in GitHub) if they want to.
