Issue with timeout on shibboleth.net

To stabilise our infrastructure machine, I have had to (hopefully temporarily) disable the anonymous web-based Git browsing service on git.shibboleth.net <http://git.shibboleth.net/>. SSH-based access, for those who have it, should still work.
