IdP 5 not accessible after upgrade on a Ubuntu server

This is a warning occurring after the IdP starts to deploy (it means Spring is loading beans):

And then this is evidence it deployed in the usual glacially slow Tomcat fashion:

Lack of logging is a system problem, not an indication it isn't attempting to start. It probably didn't fully start, but it got pretty far along.
