Error with SPs registered with InCommon

I agree - but - clearly many IdPs don’t know about this change (SLAC is dealing with various IdPs erroring out) so I really don’t care about their resource utilization issues - keeping things working is more important.  If InCommon could sign the old agg with the old keys (assuming they haven’t expired) with the new agg - that would be best.

But - I note this is being discussed in the wrong place - InCommon participants would probably be best.  Sorry for the bother.
