need to point custom Openssl installation path in RHEL 8.6 for shibboleth SP

Hi Team,

We are using RHEL 8.6 OS where we have outdated Openssl that is 1.1.x series, As we are installing shibboleth SP on that OS, so shibboleth also pointing to unsupported Openssl, can we make some configuration changes in shibboleth to use custom openssl that is supported one like 3.0.15+ series? If possible can you please share the details?
