Problems with attribute checker

@ Peter:
Thank you for the hint to the clustering docs! Did not come across  
that one yet, but this looks like a good starting point to troubleshoot.

@Scott and Guillaume
The IdP logs are fine, did not find anything suspicious there.
Unfortunately I don't have access to the SP logs, nor do I know  
anything about the SP owners load balancing set-up.
I will pass your ideas on to them.
