Request for assistance with an error

Hi folks,

We run a Shibboleth SP configuration for SSO with clients. I added to our configuration recently to support another client's SSO setup like we typically do, but when testing we've been having errors. Specifically, in the shibd log I'm seeing these two error messages in quick succession:

  *
failed to decrypt assertion: Unable to resolve any key decryption keys.
error processing incoming assertion: A valid authentication statement was not found in the incoming message.

As best as I can tell, the exchange itself is happening with no issues, but the message can't be decrypted. Does anyone have a good idea of what typically causes this issue and/or what the best place to look to figure out what's going on would be?
