Regarding the clustering, do you mean even if we provide an alternative
StorageService
<http://shibboleth.net/cgi-bin/java-opensaml.cgi/org.opensaml.storage.StorageService>
implementation backed by something like Redis or memcache as mentioned in
doc

, this wouldn't work with a multiple instance scenario? Does that mean,
context is always locally maintained?  I wonder how this use case is
handled by others in production. I would think it is fairly common to have
multiple shibboleth instances for HA/Load balancing in a distributed
environment.
