Multiple DuoOIDC -- Integration-Specific Principal Sets

The examples for DuoIntegrationStrategy in the articles are using a map
between relying party (SP) entityIDs and the Duo Integration.

You appear to only have a list, and are seeking to map based on the desired
AuthnContext ... I don't know the full solution, but the example script
would need to be reworked.
