Error upgrading from 4.3 to 5.1

Most of the conditions in the IdP run against the PRC class. The exceptions are minimal but among them are the conditions in the MetadataFilter classes that rely on Predicate<EntityDescriptor> and that requires adjustments and adaptation to use some standard classes.

Whatever you did, it isn't from the upgrade alone, it's from a change you made during the upgrade that wasn't correct, probably changing a Predicate bean somewhere to use an inappropriate class or parent bean.
