Shibboleth IdP and LetsEncrypt

Assuming you have something handling the ACME side of things, there are
plenty of recipes for refreshing the jetty/java keystore...

If your ACME client supports "post renewal hooks" (as certbot does), you
should be able to connect things together fairly easily.
