Configuring Multiple IdPs with OpenStack and Shibboleth

Usually there's nothing to configure if your SP already has SAML
Metadata available for those IDPs.
Except maybe for IDP discovery ("SAMLDS", sending the subject's
browser to a service that allows them to pick the IDP they want to log
in with).
