Identity Provider 5 version Monitoring

Hi Scott,

The only scripts I can think of are version.sh or status.sh which just report the current version.
Is there another one?

No metric, no, but there's a command line script I think, not certain if it has a defined return code or not for that. We can add a metric I suppose (and/or fix the script if it's not acting usefully).
