Unsolicited SSO handler for OIDC?

Hello

Is there a way to send a user to the Shibboleth IdP for login and 
afterwards to an OpenID Connect RP? So, something like the Unsolicited 
login handler for SAML but for OIDC.
Analogue to SAML I would have guessed that
https://login.eduid.ch/idp/profile/oidc/Unsolicited/SSO?providerId=...&target=... 
might work but obviously this is not the case.
