IdP V5 Upgrade Checks Source Code

Thank You Peter, exactly what I was looking for! You got me, I cheated a
little bit, I'm basically starting on a fresh machine, copying customized
and expected files using an ansible playbook. Playbook then runs install
script, final result is a working installation.

Right now I'm updating the playbook to run an IdP V5 installation. So I
included idp.installed.version file in my playbook. Will solve further
errors by reading source code.

Also noticed, that "JPA Storage Service was removed from V5", I recommend
placing a hint on the Upgrade page for V5
(https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IDP5/pages/3199500925/Upgradin
g). If there were deprecation warnings introduced for this with 4.3.2. or
4.3.3, that may not be necessary.

So it didn't find dist/idp.installed.version -peter
