Oidc rp plugin with Subject Decorator

Examples, particularly complex use cases without any obvious things to demonstrate, are very expensive to create and maintain, and the time we spend on them is driven by member requests for help.

On that specific topic, however, I don't believe that anything is wiring up the subject decorator field in that code. An oversight I imagine.
