Terve!
The IDP is suomi.fi and unfortunately the don't provide e.g. flags to change the language or honor the browser's default language.

Hyvää huomenta Scott!
Not the answer you want but that’s the job of the IDP.
The IDP should respect the users browser Accept-Language header. The IDP could also have buttons for the users to change the language.

Hi,
How do I control the interface language of an IDP by what I send in the authrequest and how to make changes in the shibboleth2.xml file in the SP.
I only have access to the SP.
In the authrequest message there must be
<saml2p:AuthnRequest
…
<saml2p:Extensions>
<vetuma xmlns="urn:vetuma:SAML:2.0:extensions">
<LG>sv</LG>
</vetuma>
</saml2p:Extensions>
sv for swedish, fi for finnish, en for english
Only one language can be requested.
Does it also mean I need a separate server SP for each language I want to provide?
