How to format a DateTime attribute in the view?

good morning everyone,

I have a DateTimeAttribute that works very well in importing a password 
expiration date from OpenLDAP and trancodes it with the

transcoder=SAML2DateTimeTranscoder

on the velocity view, out-of-the-box, the attribute is displayed as:

2024-03-14T12:15:00Z

I would like to format and localize it. Can anybody help me to solve 
this detail?
