SP not processing SAML2 Logout

Oh - mistake on my part, that was an older config - we are using just the standard logout element now, with the same behavior. Thanks for being transparent about the support you can offer. I'll start a discussion on the possibility of a support plan here.

I would stop commenting out the Logout element and stop using LogoutInitiators if you want it to work, but that doesn't really explain anything you're seeing.

Not much else I can do here, see footer. I can't debug logout issues anymore on list, that's member support.
