FWIW, while the page is written in German (could be
machine-tranlated, if necessary) you can find configuration examples
in the DFN-AAI's wiki:
https://doku.tid.dfn.de/de:shibidp:config-storage
Maybe a comparison will help identify where you've gone wrong.
