Federating institutional Apple IDs; Shared Signals Framework

UA colleagues are interested in federating Apple IDs on institutionally
owned Apple hardware with our UA identity management, as described here:

Requires OIDC protocol, which Shibboleth IdP should support, but includes a
requirement for Shared Signals Framework, an  OpenID Foundation spec to
make it easy for companies to share security events:

Has anyone on this list federated Apple IDs in this fashion with Shibboleth
IdP?

Is there any support for SSF in Shibboleth? Google search is null:
