How do I enable HSTS in IdP 5

Hi

I am running IdP 5 on Windows and can't make HSTS work. The only mention I
can find of HSTS in the documentation seems to be in idp.properties.

I've enabled 'idp.hsts = 31536000' and when I test it at
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest it returns 'Unknown (failed HTTP request?)'

Is there anything that I need to do with Jetty?
